Notes:
N = 5.
I do not approve this type. The neuron on page five could be a 0302, and the one on page 7 a 2333 or 2313. - CW 02/18/2015
|
I agree with Charise and freezing these separately. I do think that the neuron on pg 5 is 0303, but I canā??t ignore D:SLM on pg 7. - CLR 02/18/2015

The McMahon cell has been reinterpreted as 2333 and is now considered to be a supplement to that cell type. - 07/21/2015
Cossart 2006 was added. According to Cossart interpretation rules, there are only axonal connections in SR and SO, none in SP. - 07/21/2015
Is the Gulyas cell to be a 0303 or a 0302? I vote 0303. - DWW 09/10/2015
|
How different are these from existing 333 type? - GAA 11/29/2015
|
|
According to Cossart, there is a significant difference. Cossart explicitly describes cells that make contact in SP and separates them from a set that clearly does not make contact in SP. However, both the 0333 and 0303 patterns are currently under proposal for being in the same interneuron supertype grouping. - DWW 04/20/2016

ro-ro?! Ok (sigh) add related types! (BC?) - GAA 05/25/2016

How about Schaffer Collateral-Correlated (SCC) cells? We already have 2311 Schaffer Collateral-Associated cells and 0322 Schaffer Collateral-Receiving cells - DWW 05/25/2016

I suggest Bistratified-OR. - KM 05/25/2016

I am in agreement with keeping these two types (CA1 BiC and SCC) separated based on Cossart et al.'s determination. - JDK 11/03/2021

After re-review, I still support these two neuron types be separated based on Cossart et al.'s determination. - JDK 11/22/2021
